Das Institut f\u00fcr Astronomie der Ruhr-Universit\u00e4t Bochum vereint zahlreiche Forschungsgruppen, die das Universum unter Verwendung moderner Methoden aus verschiedenen Perspektiven erforschen.<\/p>\n

Unsere Teams untersuchen die Urspr\u00fcnge hochenergetischer Neutrinos, die Entstehung und Struktur von Galaxien sowie die Verteilung der Dunklen Materie anhand von Gravitationslinseneffekten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus besch\u00e4ftigen wir uns mit grundlegenden Fragen zur Dunklen Materie und zur Dunklen Energie, indem wir Daten aus gro\u00df angelegten Himmelsdurchmusterungen wie Euclid, LSST und dem Kilo-Degree Survey analysieren.<\/p>\n

Durch Beobachtungen \u00fcber das gesamte elektromagnetische Spektrum hinweg und einem interdisziplin\u00e4ren Ansatz tragen wir zu einem tieferen Verst\u00e4ndnis der Entstehung und Entwicklung des Universums bei.<\/p>\n
